Security and Safety
For the safety of all school personnel (students, parent volunteers, visitors, and staff) we require all visitors to sign in and out and wear a badge while at school.
We have plans in place for weather emergencies, fire and special situations involving dangerous persons on campus.  Regular drills are held to familiarize the students with the procedures of each plan.  We invite your participation and comments for improving the safety and security of our school

Standard School Attire

The Julia Green Facility
The custodial staff and parent volunteers put a lot of hard work and additional funding into the daily cleaning, landscaping and enhancements at Julia Green. Please remind your students to take pride in our building after school as well as during the school day.

To reserve the cafeteria for an after-school meeting, contact the office. To reserve any classroom, contact the individual teacher. After the meeting has been discussed, let the office know the date and time so it can be added to the master calendar.

To reserve the gym, contact the P.E. department. The gym is also available for community use, through guidelines and rental fees set by the Metro School Zoning Department. Please note that per the guidelines established, a sports team with a league such as the YMCA is considered a community use of the space even if the team is comprised entirely of Julia Green students.
