Sneak-a-Peek
Come to the 'Sneak-a-Peek ' on Monday, August 7th to meet your teacher and visit your classroom before the first day of school! This is a great time to drop off your school supplies if you did not pre-order. Stop by any time between 3:30-5:30 pm!

Running Club
Come join Mrs. Haley and Ms. Campbell for the Running Club!  This club is for K-3 students on Mondays or Wednesdays this fall starting September 6th from 3:30-4:15. The club will run for 12 weeks finishing up the week of December 11th. While the name of the club is running club, participants will also play team games and relays to work on sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance.The fees for this club are $200 per child. Please fill out this form if you are interested in signing your child up and be on the lookout for a permission slip to come home in your child's green folder. We will fill spots on a first come, first served basis for each day.
Ukulele Club
Come join Ms. Riley for Ukulele Club on Wednesdays or Thursdays!
School Attire
MNPS has adopted a standard school attire policy. At Julia Green Elementary, the following Standard School Attire (SSA) guidelines apply:
Tops:
Must have a collar and be in a solid color.
Bottoms:
Pants, skirts or shorts in khaki, black or navy (no denim).
Shoes:
Students must wear closed-toe shoes for daily recess.
Students may wear Julia Green t-shirts on Fridays with their SSA bottoms. Standard School Attire clothing may be purchased from any retailer.

For families that wish to purchase SSA clothing with the Julia Green crest, you may do so at
Lands End and enter the following school code: 900129818.  

All items in the Julia Green Lands End store are SSA approved.
